Orders made outside Sweden and Norway can only be made on the English pages - and payments will only be accepted with Visa or Master Card. All product prices are shown in either EUR, SEK, NOK or DKK according to your choice and includes 25 % Swedish VAT. We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on our web shop, however, information errors can occur in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it.

We will notify you by e-mail as soon as your order has been received by us. In your order confirmation you will get an order reference number that you can use if you need to contact our customer service with questions regarding your order.

Changing your order and cancellation

Changing your order
You have the possibility to change your order without charge, until the point in the handling process when the order has been dispatched. This means before invoice and shipping documentation have been created. Please note that orders that already have been sent from our systems are for obvious reasons not changeable.

Order cancellation
If you regret your purchase after you have placed an order, contact our customer service via e-mail as soon as possible to cancel your order. A cancellation is only valid when receiving a cancellation confirmation from us by e-mail. You have the possibility to cancel your order without charge, until the point in the handling process when the order has been dispatched. This means before invoice and shipping documentation have been created.Notice, it is not possible to cancel an order that already has been dispatched. After the product has been sent, kindly use the return policy.

Payments - Customers outside Sweden but within EU.
Orders made outside Sweden, can only be made on the English pages - and payments will only be accepted with Visa or Master Card.

Delivery outside Sweden - but within EU
All our products are shipped free of charge in Sweden. However it will be a transport insurance charge for jewellery orders outside Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland, of SEK 80:- approx EUR 8. For delivery of handbags and purses outside Sweden we charge SEK 210, approx EUR 25, for shipments below 1kg and SEK 300:- approx EUR 35, for shipments below 2kgs. (For your guidance all wallets are below 1kg and most handbags are also below 1kg). For shipments above 2kgs – we follow the Swedish Post Office official charges.

Products in stock will be shipped same day if ordered before 16:00 CET - All goods will be sent by Swedish Post Priority Mail for shipments below 2 kgs and takes normally between 2- 7 days. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, but delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay delivering the products within the estimated timescales. We will contact you and keep you informed as soon as we have detected any provable delays.

Return policy

Before the order is sent to the client
All products are taken out of its original factory packaging and we check manually twice before delivery to the customer. Our policy is to always have satisfied customers and hence always deliver flawless products to our customers, which in turn also means less inconvenience for the customer, as well as lower costs and less administration for us.

After our thorough verification each product is sealed manually and then we wrap the products very well before sending to our customers. We guarantee that you will always receive flawless products delivered to you.
We are not responsible for products damaged due to customer's carelessness when using the product or damages caused by the customers. We therefore ask all our customers to read and follow the care instructions and use products with common sense. For more information kindly read our instructions under Terms & Conditions.

Customer responsibilities - a recommendation
Make an extra inspection of the product upon receipt before the product is used and the seal is removed.  All products shipped from our warehouse is always checked manually and carefully before they are sent to the customer. As an additional measure to detect potential manufacturing defects, when you receive your order, kindly check the products yourself before you use them and/or remove the seal. Some bags have screw details, decorated with studs and crystals, etc., which you should check. The same goes for other accessories and clothing. You should do a comprehensive inspection both internally and externally.

All jewelry should be checked by the customer prior to use and before you remove the seal. Check the lock, screws, stones and other details before using the product and/or removing the seal. We have in our care instructions given suggestions on how to handle jewelry and fashion jewelry, please follow them. We are responsible for any manufacturing defects, but we're not responsible for damages that occur if the customer does not follow the care instructions or if parts of products get lost and or brake unnecessarily because of accidents or neglect.

Return Policy
A Return Application and the goods in return must be received within a maximum of 14 days, ie. you should do your return notification as soon as you can and make sure to return the item immediately. We only accept returns of products that are unused and it is important that the seals are not broken and any labels, plastic covers, and more is still left on the product. We do not accept returns of products that have been used, smells perfume, with removed/broken seal or products that have been damaged due to customer carelessness. Please read our care instructions, available on our website and further down in this delivery confirmation, before using any of the products you have purchased from us.

Returns of shoes will not be accepted if the shoes have been tested or used outdoors, taking odours, have stains or dirt either inside, on top of or under the shoe sole and if the shoes were handled roughly.

Returns that are not packaged well will not be accepted, for that reason the product must be packaged well and returned back to us in the same condition as it was when the customer received it.

Goods must be returned at buyer's expense. When we received the item/s in return and we have verified that they are returned according to our return policy, we will refund the customer the product's price or give customer a storecredit. We can repay to a bank account in a Swedish bank, post giro or bank giro services. We do not accept COD returns or unstamped packages.

Return of T-shirts will not be accepted if the product smells of perfume or body odour, if the product has stains and / or damaged in any way. T-shirts must be returned unused and be in the same condition as they were when the customer got them.

For returns or charge backs we ask you to mail your return application to to get a return code from us. Please provide us with information about your order number, what product you want to return and the reason for return. Have you purchased your item by COD or prepayment, we need your bank account number in order to repay you. At invoice payment the invoice will be updated and for credit card payments, we will credit your Payson account or make a bank payment. Once we receive your return notification, we will contact you via email. In this mail you will find a Return Form which we ask you to print out and enclose together with your return products.

Delivery time
Note that all of our items are shipped with The Swedish Post 1st Class Mail, which means delivery within 24 -48 hours. Once you have received our shipment confirmation, you should receive your shipment within 1-2 working days and if The Post, for any reason, have extreme delays, please contact us if you have not received your shipment within five working days. Please contact us at and inform us of the delay.

Non collected deliveries
For any package that is not claimed or collected at the post office, reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of shipping freight, handling charges and handling fees, and that the goods can not be sold because it is  stuck and unsalable for long time at the Post Office, at the moment SEK 310 - excluding VAT for the invoiced items and SEK 350 - excluding VAT for COD shipments. Additional Invoicing fee of SEK 49 - incl VAT will also be charged.

Force Majeure is declared exempt from any liability if some unforeseen event beyond our control prevents us from performing our obligations under the contract. This clause covers natural disasters or other "Acts of God", war, or the failure of third parties- such as suppliers and subcontractors to perform their obligations towards
